Participants, carers, or support coordinators can contact us in whatever way suits them: a phone call or text, Facebook or social media message, website enquiry form, or email. We keep communication relaxed and easy – no complicated forms to start.
2. Tell us what you need
You don’t need to know all the details – we’ll guide you. Just let us know what the yard is like (overgrown, regular maintenance, clean-up, etc.), any specific challenges (mobility issues, safety concerns), and your NDIS plan type (self-managed or plan-managed). We can also speak directly with support coordinators if needed.
3. Free quote (no pressure)
We’ll organise a free on-site quote or a quick estimate from photos/videos. We’ll explain exactly what’s needed and keep pricing clear and fair – no surprises.
